We care about developing our employees. That's why last week we sent some of our awesome employees to the 2017 Global Leadership Summit to hear from leaders like Laszlo Bock, Sheryl Sandberg, Bryan Stevenson, Andy Stanley and many others. Our team was developed and challenged as they learned about women in the workplace, justice, creativity, performance and so much more.
Recently, all our awesome employees made it through a day at the challenge course! Our amazing People Operations team has been taking small groups of Subsplash employees out for a day of team building activities that inform how we communicate, plan, and implement new ideas here at the office. Everyone made it back unscathed and we can't wait to apply what we learned to our daily work!
