EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION. At Syntech, expression of employee appreciation doesn't happen just once a year. We recognize our employees throughout the year for milestones and accomplishments. A few 2019 recognitions as of February 1st include: a 10-year and 19-year work anniversary, two internal promotions, retirement of a 15-year employee, and another employee who obtained CompTIA A+ Security Certification. We are pleased to announce Brandon Whitaker has been promoted to Sales Processing Specialist Team Lead. Over the past two years, Brandon has excelled in assisting our customers, distributors, regional sales managers, and internal staff in all aspects of the order process. He has become the principal lead in his position because he is dependable, experienced, and provides outstanding service to our customers. He is a person of integrity, honesty, and represents the company in the highest regard. Additionally, Brandon's ability to manage the intricacies of the position while understanding the complexity of the products, has put him in a position to groom personnel, enhance processes, and further contribute to the growth of Syntech. We are pleased to welcome Orrane into the ranks of Business Systems Analyst where his years of insight, both working directly with our customers as a Help Desk Engineer and testing our legacy and FMLive products as a Test Engineer, will serve him well. Orrane possesses a rare combination of excellent communication & solid technical skills that uniquely positions him to help our organization discover, define, and deliver new features and enhancements to the FMLive product line. He will be working to engage with customers, the sales team, and product stakeholders to gather and document requirements for the development teams. In addition, Orrane will be called on to demonstrate our products to potential and existing customers, as well as contributing to the Engineering Quarterly Planning Process. We all anticipate that Orrane will take on his new role with the same energy and enthusiasm that he has shown during his 8+ year career at Syntech. CONGRATULATIONS ORRANE!

We are pleased to announce that Dan Philips has joined Syntech Systems as our new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Dan comes to us from Sun Automation Group where he worked successfully for over two decades. He started as a Project Engineer and advanced through five different positions to VP of Sales and Marketing. Dan propelled his Company unto the Global stage; expanding into the Asia Pacific, African, Central and South American market and more than 500M in global sales. Dan earned his MBA from Loyola University and his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from John Hopkins.
