Televerde is named one of the "50 Smartest Companies of the Year" for 2020
We are delighted to welcome Amy Fliegelman Olli, senior vice president and general counsel of VMWare, to Televerde's board of directors.
Televerde is named a 2020 Global Impact Sourcing Award recipient, which acknowledges our commitment to intentional hiring practices and our efforts to help disempowered people find their voice and reach their human potential.
We believe in second chance employment and strive to help disempowered people find their voice and reach their human potential. Seven of our 10 engagement centers are staffed by incarcerated women, representing 70 percent of our company’s 600 global workforce. The success of our model was documented in a 2020 study by the Arizona State University Seidman Research Institute. The results reveal that participants of Televerde’s program go on to attain employment, earnings, and education at higher rates and reoffend at significantly lower rates than other formerly incarcerated females in the United States.
Honored to have been recognized by Phoenix Business Journal with a Corporate Philanthropy award for community impact.

At the 2019 Conscious Capitalism Conference in Arizona, Televerde Account Executive, Korbi Johnston, shared her journey of transformation and challenged business leaders to invest in people and give meaningful second chances to the communities that need them most.
Televerde names its first female CEO. Morag Lucey joins the company with 25-years of marketing and executive experience, and a passionate commitment to expand opportunity for disempowered communities through Televerde's socially responsible business model.
Televerde recently announced three new appointments, marking eight women on the executive leadership team and further underscoring the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
We were thrilled to have Brian Mohr, president of Conscious Capitalism-Arizona Chapter, tour our Perryville operations and see up close the strength and uniqueness of our business model. “Televerde is the ultimate example of business as a force for good,” he writes in a blog recounting his experiences.
