  • Exciting news!!! TripAdvisor is proud to announce that we received a perfect 100 percent score from the Human Rights Campaign’s 2020 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s premier bench marking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ workplace equality. TripAdvisor joins the ranks of more than 680 major U.S. businesses as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality this year!

  • Last month, TripAdvisor was honored to attend the 2020 Women on Boards National Conversation on Board Diversity at Bentley University. Thank you to all the panelists, including our own board member, Trynka Shineman, for sharing her insights and experiences. We are proud to be among the Massachusetts companies with 20% representation by women on boards in 2020!

  • Our Dublin office recently hosted a Hotels B2B event with speakers from The Merrion Hotel, Dublin, Sandymount Hotel and the Staycity Group. Peter MacCann, Ciara Kelly and Suzanne Cox shared their experiences within the travel industry and gave us a better understanding of how we can better serve our business partners. Thank you to all who participated!

We took the top spot in the ‘Flights, Hotels and Holiday Deals Search Engines’ category, beating out all of our major competitors. There’s nothing more critical than happy customers.   • The China travel market is huge and growing! We’re excited to announce that TripAdvisor and http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMDnH (formerly Ctrip) – two of the world’s largest travel companies – will marry their assets into a joint venture to expand TripAdvisor’s business in China.

    TripAdvisor and Ctrip Enter Into Chinese Joint Venture and Global Licensing Agreement

    TripAdvisor and Trip.com Group, the China-based online travel agency formerly known as Ctrip, entered into a global joint venture. Under the terms of the deal, the two companies formed a global joint venture under the TripAdvisor brand in China, and there are also global content-licensing agreements where Trip.com Group brands, including Ctrip, Trip.com, Qunar, and Skyscanner, would distribute TripAdvisor content.
