UNCOMN was recently chosen by the Port of Long Beach, America's second-largest seaport, as its technology provider to build a prototype of the Supply Chain Information Highway (SCIH), as the port dubbed it. The SCIH is a secure data platform built on Amazon Web Services technology, which provides cleansed, secure, near-real-time data in support of congested port operations. We delivered the prototype on time and on budget in January and are now in negotiations with the State of California and other ports around the US to operationalize the successful prototype on a much broader scale, catapulting UNCOMN into the national spotlight as a premier technology provider in the transportation and logistics industry. UNCOMN is excited to announce that our Team was awarded a prime contract on the Navy IT contract vehicle SeaPort-Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG)—with a $21 billion contract ceiling. This award builds upon UNCOMN’s more than ten years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DOD) departments and national intelligence agencies, including the US Army, US Air Force, US Navy, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and US Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). Under the SeaPort-NxG contract, UNCOMN provides technical Information Technology (IT) services in support of the Navy’s mission to maintain, train, and equip combat-ready naval forces capable of winning wars, deterring aggression, and maintaining freedom of the seas.
