Meet Natalie, Administrative Assistant! Natalie was born and raised in Tacoma, WA but also lived in Ukraine for some time before moving back to WA in 2022. Her favorite thing about WA are the green trees, nature and the ocean. She likes that there are many beautiful places to go in the PNW. She has been a part of VIS Group since 2022 and something she likes about the company is the flexibility she can have in her schedule when needed, and the support from coworkers and upper management. Something difficult about Natalie’s job is saying “No” to the requests that come in from different teams in the company. She wants to help as many people as possible, but sometimes it can get overwhelming. That is something she is working on this year. Some of her hobbies include volunteering at her church, reading/listening to books and podcasts, travelling, and spending time with her family, especially her nephews.

Meet Caitlin, Assistant Community Manager! Caitlin’s family was in the military so, really, she’s from all over, but they settled in Washington when she was younger. Something that she enjoys about WA is the greenery and just being surrounded by nature, she also enjoys the beautiful hikes WA has to offer. Caitlin has been a part of VIS since 2022 and her favorite thing about the company is the great support that we have. When she or her team are struggling with anything there are always people willing to help. A challenging part of her job is having to relay bad news and say no to requests sometime when she’s trying very hard to make sure that our homeowners feel supported and heard. In her free time, Caitlin enjoys painting drawing and spending time with her kiddos!
