Meet Delaney, Assistant Community Manager! Delaney comes to us from Tallahassee, FL. Although she’s lived in Washington for a short while, she enjoys the cold and rainy weather, the trees, and the clouds. Delaney has been a part of our team since 2022 and one thing she enjoys about VIS is that everyone is in in a close-knit community; everyone has built lasting friendships and bonds with each other, and she feels like she can lean on anyone here if she needs to. A challenging aspect of Delaney’s job is staying articulate while she’s on the phone with a customer; making sure that she is providing the best service possible. Some of her hobbies are bullet-journaling, painting, drawing, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.
Meet Bethany, Community Manager! Bethany is a Washington native. As most others, she enjoys the nature aspect of Washington. Bethany has been a part of VIS Group since 2022 and something she finds special about the company is the family atmosphere. A difficulty she finds in her position is pleasing everybody. Some of her hobbies include shooting. She loves watching her kids grow and change every day. They always keep her on her toes.
This Thursday we hosted our Potato Party! It was such a fun time where we got together ate some potato meals and had some good laugh therapy while playing games! We are grateful for all of our employees that participate in these events!
Meet Erica, Customer Service Representative! Erica is from Tacoma, WA born and raised. She loves the mountains, going camping and hiking and spending time outdoors. She has been an amazing part of VIS since 2020. In her opinion, VIS has the most unique office culture and relationships that she has ever come across. A difficult part of Erica’s job is learning how to diffuse tough situations with homeowners in person and on the phone. Erica’s hobbies include spending time on her family’s farm with her kids, camping, and watching Netflix.
Meet Avonlea, Office Manager! Avonlea joined our team in 2020 coming from Tallahassee, FL. One thing that she enjoys about WA is the laid-back culture and everyone being more in their own element than on the East Coast. Something she finds special about VIS is that we go above and beyond for all our clients, and we ensure that no matter what, everyone is getting a high quality of service. She believes that we go the extra mile for our employees by providing extra educational opportunities, events, and benefits. Avonlea sometimes finds the hiring process to be difficult. “Our company is fantastic, but the industry itself is very tough. It’s hard to get people to stick around”. Some of her hobbies include reading, painting, and most of all playing her instruments. We are truly lucky to have Avonlea on our team.

Meet Scotty, Community Manager! Scotty was born and raised in Oakland, WA, and his favorite thing about the PNW is its natural beauty. In his opinion, there is nowhere in the world where you can experience so many different environments within six hours of each other. Scotty has been a part of our team since 2022 and one thing he finds special about VIS is the sense of family that the office really brings; being there for one another and supporting each other. Something Scotty finds challenging in his job is communicating with Boards; he’s always working and striving to build a good relationship with them. During his free time, Scotty enjoys cooking, sports and focusing on technology and space.

Meet Anastasiya, Assistant Community Manager! Anastasiya is from Sacramento, CA but has lived in WA since 2016. Her favorite aspect of WA is the trees. She has been working at VIS Group since 2022 and has been doing an exceptional job. She finds the culture of the office to be the most special thing about our company. Having the owners come from a similar culture as her means something. During her free time, Anastasiya likes to garden, paint and work on some home-improvement projects.
