Congratulations to our October Values Sharer, Kyle Hutton, digital analytics manager. Kyle was recognised by his colleagues for living the values of ‘We make it happen’ and ‘We’re rigorous’ for his part in a recent cookies project and Google Analytics transition. He has proved to be ‘invaluable to our organisation’, delivering ‘incredible work’ and providing ‘exceptional’ expertise. Kyle has been ‘instrumental in problem solving and providing solutions’ during both complex projects, and ‘the organisation should be hugely appreciative’ of all his hard work. Well done Kyle! #Culture
Which? has campaigned for years for stronger competition and consumer reforms to hand regulators tougher powers to clamp down on anti-competitive behaviour. One practice this Bill should clamp down on is fake reviews, which our research shows are rife on many well-known platforms https://lnkd.in/eQpFv9k6 #OnlineScams #FakeReviews

Food prices are rising at their fastest rate in more than 40 years. Katie Alpin, Which? head of Strategic Insight, was on Panorama discussing our research and #AffordableFoodForAll campaign. She says 'We know millions of people are finding it hard to feed themselves and their families as a result of the cost of living crisis. Our new research shows where people are most likely to be struggling to access affordable food, and we're asking supermarkets to step up and make sure they're supporting customers in these priority places, by taking simple steps like making sure budget ranges are widely available and pricing is clear.' One of the most heartbreaking consequences of the soaring cost of living is the number of people who, in order to get by or to provide for their children, are skipping meals. In my latest article in the Times, I explain what the big supermarkets can do to help their customers. https://lnkd.in/eJygvjXY We have also worked with the University of Leeds to develop a new Priority Places for Food Index(https://lnkd.in/e-2iht2J) to help identify those areas of the country where people are most likely to need support in accessing affordable food. And here is our policy report https://lnkd.in/etKX_NN7
'People who are struggling financially and trying to make savings during the cost of living crisis should not be made second-class citizens when it comes to broadband - which is vital for work, education and family life.' Rocio Concha Galguera, Which? director of policy and advocacy, As part of our cost of living campaign, we're calling on all providers to offer a range of social tariffs to suit every households’ needs and ensure they are properly advertising all their social tariff offerings to new and existing customers. Eligible customers should also be allowed to switch to a social tariff without being charged early termination fees. https://lnkd.in/e8ZHWJtr #SocialTariff
