This is hot on the heels of Ceri's recent win at the Garden Media Guild Awards, with Which? Gardening magazine being named Garden Publication of the Year! Say hello to Gareth S., a workplace experience leader for the customer contact centre in our Cardiff office. Gareth has been involved in facilities management since 2015 - on the service side with Mitie, Medical Services and StoneWater Housing, as well as being an onsite manager with Evolve Care Group. One of the proudest moments of his career so far has been helping to keep safe vulnerable residents at a care home during the initial Covid outbreak. In his role at Which?, Gareth ensures that our hybrid workplace is a safe and vibrant place to be. He is currently working on a well-being room for our colleagues, providing them with a space to decompress and prioritise their mental health. A few weeks ago, we launched our Autumn photo competition, encouraging colleagues to get out and about in nature and capture this wonderful season on camera. We had the hard task of judging hundreds of glorious photos, submitted by nearly 100 colleagues. Over the past year, our apprenticeship scheme has welcomed 13 people to Which?, where they’ve had a chance to learn and develop their skills as well as forge relationships with different colleagues across the organisation.
