Say hello to our latest Values Sharer of the Month, Jennifer Rudge, who works as part of our Member Services Centre (MSC) in Cardiff as a performance improvement manager. Jen has been instrumental in establishing good communications between the MSC and other teams across the organisation. She has taken ownership and acted quickly to make things better for everyone. Her detailed and honest approach has brought the MSC closer to the rest of the organisation, ensuring we are in a better place to help support our members. These are just some of the reasons she’s been nominated for living our values, ‘We are connected’ and ‘We make it happen’. Keep up the good work Jen!
We recently ran a ‘Let’s talk: disabilities in the workplace’ event. The live session was open to all colleagues at Which? and it received fantastic feedback. It was the second in our series of internal events focusing on topics that matter to us, our first one was focused on race.
We're proud to be celebrating Black History Month. We have a varied schedule of internal activity planned to raise awareness among our employees, and we look forward to sharing more updates throughout October.
The Your Consumer Champion Which? award was launched to celebrate individuals who have gone above and beyond to help their customers. This year we're asking you to help us recognise the individual who has gone that extra mile. Our experts have gone through all of the award nominations and whittled them down to a final 3. Now we need you to tell us who deserves to win. Vote now ➡️ http://whi.ch/YCCAward Voting closes at 23:59, 7 October. One vote per person.
We're delighted to welcome Elizabeth Oni, EMBA, to join Which? as Independent member of the Nominations Committee. This is an exciting and important role for us, and Elizabeth will be one of two newly appointed members, who will partner with our Board and Council, supporting recruitment and appointments, to ensure we have robust processes that are inclusive and unbiased and will help support our aims of representing consumers at all levels of our organisation.
