Today we announced an updated new structure for our executive team. It now includes two components: the futures team and the leadership team. The futures team sets the company direction, manages the vision and maintains our values. The leadership team focuses on day-to-day operational effectiveness, covering areas like revenue, resourcing, alignment and efficiency. We made these changes to bring a range of experience and opinions into the executive leadership of our company. We want to position ourselves to focus on long-term innovation while maintaining our focus on delighting customers.
