What is a Front End Developer?

As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for implementing visual elements that are visible from the computer users vantage point within a web application. You will combine the art of design with the science of programming. You will be responsible for the translation of UI/UX design wireframes to actual code. There are times you will be expected to work independently to meet tight deadlines following design guidelines.

An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in web design or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will have a good understanding of SEO and be expert level with MAC and OS with proficiency in code visioning tools and familiarity with Gimp and Photoshop. Additional proficiency with programming languages and ability to work independently are key for this role.
