ADP SBS Sales Position Interview

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 months)

Applied online and recieved a call the next day from the Sales Recruiter. Had a 45 minute long phone interview, and a face-to-face interview with the Regional VP was scheduled. "Closed" the interviewer by asking if I would be moving on to the next round, but received an email 2 weeks later (after many unanswered followup emails) that I would not be moving to the next round. The next round would have been a role play, followed by a "ride-along" with a current SBS salesperson.

Unfortunately, the process seemed very disorganized, with little follow-up, and apparently miscommunication. They want to see your sales skills throughout the interview, so one should use trial closes throughout the interview and make sure to close the interviewer.
