Applied through a staffing agency, i had to do an extensive application which covered alot of my work history. Also, i had to present college and high school diplomas. They sent the application to CNH, I got a phone call from them saying they wanted to interview me, two people interviewed me, i was hired a few days later.

The interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
