Recruiter followed up with me after I applied online. I then took skills and personality assessment tests. I then had a phone interview with the hiring manager. I then had a "Power day" which was one full day of interviews by six different people, including my hiring manager. The day consisted of a "case interview" as well as "behavioral interview" questions.
