3 step interview. First, multi part skill test probing your general computer science knowlage and one of the following areas: Java, C++, C#/.NET, databases, unix. In order to porceed the interveiw process, you must pass general knowlage part, and at least one of technologies part(java, c++ etc). Next step is 1:1 interview with your potential team leader. This part is focused on your general knowlage, chosen programming language, university background etc. Last step is with depratment director. You will be provided with more information about working in comarch, different deparments and products. You will be negotating your salary in this step.

They invited me to onsite test. The test took about 1 hour and covered a range of topics. The reached out about a month later (!) to say that I passed the test. Later they sent me an email saying that they cannot offer me a job at this time. It was a ridiculous process, a complete waste of time. They treat candidates with complete lack of respect. I do not recommend applying to this firm to anyone.
