I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Havas Worldwide (New York, NY) in May 2010
Interview
After submitting a resume, contacted for a phone interview which lasted around 30-45 minutes. I was asked to come to the NYC office for an in-person interview and it lasted around 30 minutes. I was asked about my experiences, why I chose my school, what interested me about the company, why I thought this was the right industry for me and the right position for me as well as what I had to offer. I was in a small office, was not given a tour of the agency which seemed odd after working in an ad agency the previous summer. The office was messy, the two interviewers were rude and checking their e-mail throughout the process. I was not treated as though they were giving me a chance, but as if they had already made a decision before I walked in the door. I had an uneasy feeling leaving the interview. After flying all the way to NYC which was not paid for by the company, I received an impersonal e-mail rejection that following Monday, the interview took place on a Friday.

Interview
Phone interview with HR department for about 30 minutes. Received call back within 48 hours and then was called in for an in-person interview. Interviewed with about 3 team members that I would work with
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Havas Worldwide (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
The process itself was quick, but the actual interviews were lengthy...in a good way! Less of an interview and more of a really great conversation. Everyone was so nice and welcoming, it felt like you were talking to people you had been friends with forever. Being able to discuss mutual love for advertising and marketing was especially nice, and they all seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me not just quizzing generic questions.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Havas Worldwide (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
The screening HR interview was just very basic. When I went in to interview in person I only had the opportunity to meet with someone that started working there 6 months ago. He was unfriendly and not a great representation of the company. After our 30 min long talk he then went to get the VP of client services and coincenditically he was unable to make the interview. Very disappointing, but why would I want to work in a company like that anyway.
