Interview
Referred by local Texas Workforce Commission office. Completed a timed math and English test. I passed, so I got a one-on-one with their recruiter. Was assured that I "would be hearing from them very soon," almost three years ago... still waiting... Recruiter asked many open-ended questions focused on my logistics experience, and how it would apply to scenarios at EXEL. He was a skillful interviewer, fair and honorable. Sorry they rejected me. Seemed like a place with potential.

After the initial round of interview with the HR, went for a physical test to check how sharp you are in spotting numerical and colour differences. Also had a briefing on safety measures in the workplace.
