Initial telephone interview conducted by internal recruiter and then face to face interview with hiring manger. Pleasant and relatively informal process. Disconnect in terms of information provided to me by the recruiter and the interview with the hiring manager - so that wasn't great. Took ages to get feedback and by the time I got it I had already started in another role! Offices are a bit dull and whilst looked tidy, seemed to have been a cheap refurb. Employees passing through reception appeared relaxed and oblivious to the guests waiting in reception - they talked and called out to other staff - didn't seem to be a particularly professional Environment.
