Put it like this. When you interview all they talk about is how you get to go to confrence and get free games and check out free games. They dont talk about when you take over a store how jacked up its gonna be. Or how they only hire store managers when they are going to fire one.

Interview
Interview process went great, I was told to hear back on their decision within 2-3 days of my final interview. I'm assuming I didn't get it because the company ghosted me.
I submitted my resume on the company website and received a call for an interview several weeks later. I didn't know what I was being interviewed for until I got to the location, which was very unusual. The interview was very generic, with the manager reading off a predetermined set of questions the entire time.
