The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hughes Network Systems in Apr 2010
Interview
Consisted of a half an hour interview. Questions were mostly from the resume. I was also asked analytical questions like puzzles and riddles.Further some questions were asked about networking basics.
The interviewer seemed more interested in speaking about the company and wanted to impress upon me that this was a very serious and boring entry level job.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Hughes Network Systems (Silver Spring, MD) in Jun 2022
Interview
The first round was a phone interview that was just a primary screening. He told me to brush up on pandas and SQL. Also to learn some bash and network troubleshooting. So the next two weeks I spent learning bash and network troubleshooting just to get ghosted . The hiring manager will answer their phone or email. Very frustrating experience

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hughes Network Systems (Germantown, MD) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process was about gauging my logical thinking and I was not quizzed on stuff I can just google as a professional.
One of the better experiences I have had.
