I was contacted about the interview through email. The process was easier than expected no questions about strengths or weaknesses, but more on knowledge and expertise of excel and oracle. Was made an offer on the spot and negotiated for a better offer and succeeded. But negotiating higher salary is frowned upon.

Easy straight forward interview that asked basic behavioral questions not really challenging so easy to prepare for. Interview was in personand the process was overall straight forward just study the basics of an interview

Interview
It was very easy as they needed someone to come in as soon as possible. They just asked a couple questions and negotiations went well with little wiggle room. It was a easy process and as long as you know project management, you'll be fine to be an asset to them.
