2. People person ( you need to be able to carry a conversation with ANYONE and make them like you)
3. Ability to present to the government CTO
4. Drive to close

Question 1
Hard thing to do was present to an audience on an unfamiliar topic. Although i was given a week to prepare, I was still presenting to an audience that were very familiar if not experts on the topic
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Mobility (Libertyville, IL) in Jun 2008
Interview
The interview process was actually great. The timeframe was a bit extended due to employee vacation time, but it was still smooth. I was flown to Chicago for the second and third portions of the interview so it was kind of exciting.

Question 1
The questions surprised me a bit seeing as they were general interview questions. Nothing they asked me was tough or unexpected.
