Open Link was small and friendly. The interview was 1-2-1 and I had 3 rounds first round was skills test which contained 40 minutes test(choice C/C++ or C++/C# with UML & SQL) Anyone with 4-5 years of good IT experience should do this in 40 minutes without a problem. Usually I guess they have the skills test and then talk about the test and a white board session, But with me they were very flexible and called me for whiteboard session as the second round. The Guy was very techinical and wanted to know if whatever is mentioned in the CV is correct. This round was fine as the guy confirmed that the last round will be with technical director & then meet the team and HR round for negotiations. But the 3rd round the Tech Director wanted the same whiteboard session but wasnt ready to listen to the technical side, I guess he wanted to know from the Business side what I had done. If any of you reach the 3rd round with Tech Director ensure the whiteboard session you potray more on why business had gone with your project approach and the Risks. Good luck!!
