      G&A Interview

      Dec 14, 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Proofpoint in Jun 2010

      Interview

2 Phone Interviews 1st week (30 minutes each) 1 on-site interview the following week with 7 people for 45 minutes each (they also provided lunch and a 15-minute break as well). The interview itself consisted of lots of challenging interview questions that followed various formats (e.g., STAR, behavioral, etc.). I had some really engaging conversations with some very bright/insightful folks. And it was one of the more challenging interviews I've ever faced.
