I met a recruiter at my university's career fair, applied online, was called for an interview the following day. The interview was one-on-one via skype. Typical questions were asked, walked through my resume, went over strengths, etc. A second interview was requested for the following week, also via skype. I was given two separate role playing scenarios of which I would sell the product on a B2C level and then on a B2B. I had to call to reschedule the interview due to it conflicting with my mid-term examinations. I left a voicemail for my second interviewer and my call was never returned. The rest of the interview process would have consisted of a current new hire calling to talk to me about to job, and then a visit to the corporate headquarters in Santa Monica, CA. I felt the recruiter was unprofessional in not returning my phone call, or the lack of expressing no further interest in me for the position.
