I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Revolution Prep in Feb 2011
Interview
The hiring process was about as straight forward as they come. Apply online, which took about 20 minutes answering basic short questions such as why are you interested in the program, how you can contribute, etc. The interview was only 15 minutes. You talk about your accomplishments, why are you interested in the program, what does teaching mean to you, etc. Then voila a week later you get your results.

Question 1
What is a challenge you encountered in your previous job and how did you overcome it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Revolution Prep in Dec 2025
Interview
It was very easy. I had to teach two questions, one math and one ELA. Both were SAT practice questions. I was then asked three very simple follow up questions about hypothetical tutoring scenarios.

Question 1
How would you respond if a student didn’t improve on a practice test and the parents wanted to know what happened?
Quite brief. Intro interview, then interview with director, then offer. If you've taught/tutored before, nothing to worry about whatsoever. Great staff over at Revolution Prep. Will be asked to prepare a lesson for Math and English.
