Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
Administaff Recruiter called. Setup and performed phone screen. Then setup 1:1 with Regional Manager. The interview took about an hour, was professional yet informal- talked about sales background. They look for restaurant experience or quota sales experience- and be ready for quota sales! Followed up with field ride along with current Account Executive. Follow up interview and offer was made.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The quota seemed unreachable on a consistent basis, selling a complex product to simpletons is never a good opportunity. Commission is uncapped- but again- tough product to sell.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Background Check.
