Interviewed Jan 2009 in Pune (India) (took 1 week)
I was interviewed long back in 2004..
They asked a few puzzles . and basics of java and JSP in telephonic interview.
Then there was video conf for next round.
Question were general.
Interview Questions
I remember a puzzle. There is cube of size 3x3x3 unit. All of its 6 faces are painted. you cut that cube into 27 cubes of 1x1x1 size of cubes. How many cubes will have no face painted.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
