Application and interview session includes 2 part interview. 1 group interview and an individual interview. Placements are random and will be notified upon the offer of role. Interview is conducted by Resident Directors and current RAs, SRAs, etc.

The RA role requires 2 rounds of interviews. One individual (where you rotate between different interviewers) and one group interview which consists of a case study. The case study is a scenario where you work with your peers to develop a program or set budget priorities to encourage feelings of belonging and inclusion in the residence halls.

Two parts to the interview, an individual and group. The individual section you rotate between three or four panels that ask you questions on why you want to be an RA. The group section involves seeing how you work amongst a team and designing the perfect residential hall.
