Pros

Not a bad salary and solid benefits. Friendly coworkers and a strong management team. Company seems to be stable after restatement of earnings in the past.

Cons

There was no clear direction for members of the marketing team to transition to sales. No performance based raises (although that was also due to the economy at the time).

Advice to Senior Management

Provide clear direction to incoming employees regarding advancement opportunities. Develop a consistent message within all of the different sales regions.
