      Good Salary, Great Benefits, Good employees.

      Cons

      - Every site in the company tries to compete against the others, and management supports this. - Senior Management cannot make even the simplest decisions. - Office Politics are killing the company. - Management needs a vision of where they want the company to go. You can't be the best and the cheapest at the same time.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
