I have been working at Texas Instruments full-time for more than a year
Pros – good work culture, flat organization, equal opportunity for growth, competitive salary, intellect people...lot more
Cons – HR department need to think about there policies, facilities like food (its nearly non eatable), refresh area's, games etc are not good....
Advice to Senior Management – direct HR for some good initiatives for framing policies for welfare of Employees..
