    No roadmap and next to no guidance for employee careers
    Compensation reviews as well as job grade flips are used as last resorts rather than rewarding employees for performance

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you want to grow, you have to make sure that the employees grow with you. Delayed gratification does NOT bode well for employee morale.
