it is pretty much standard
They are switching to Fidelity which will be better then old Mass Mutual.
No matching contributions (was discontinued)
No 401k match. I understand the concept of making concessions to keep a company solvent and competitive in a tough economy, however, many will take a quick, easy solution just to please their investors with little regard for their employees. The overall strategy in American companies make it already tough to save for retirement but many don't seem to care. They are far too willing to make the employee take the hit than make real changes that work.
It was fine, about normal (3% match on 6% contribution)
Nothing else to say about this. The 401K plan is standard like most other companies
Pretty good. Can't complain. They match 50%
Somewhat limited selection but some low-cost index funds available. CTG offers a contribution match up to a certain percentage.
Nothing unusually special or great.
The 401k had a company match.
