As such, we have contributed a lump sum contribution to participating employees’ 401(k) plans three times in the past four years. We continually assess the best way for CTG to contribute to our employees’ 401(k) plans.

No 401k match. I understand the concept of making concessions to keep a company solvent and competitive in a tough economy, however, many will take a quick, easy solution just to please their investors with little regard for their employees. The overall strategy in American companies make it already tough to save for retirement but many don't seem to care. They are far too willing to make the employee take the hit than make real changes that work.
