They're slowly moving all internal roles offshore, company talks like they're going broke but posts good results, backlog of promotions from delaying promotions, raises are sometimes hit and miss depending how much profit they want to show the market.

The benefits were very good, maternity and paternity leaves especially and the pay was comfortable.

Working for ACN most probably means you're working on their client projects which vary depending on the client. Having to deal with the constant changes in workflow and meeting both client priorities as well as ACN's was quite challenging.

The call center position I accepted after being laid off from my previous project was a nightmare. Accenture has very poorly run call centers. The management only cares about numbers and doesn't give helpful advice that is actually helpful to the workers or the customers in need of assistance. If you have any conditions or mental health issues, they probably wont be taken seriously. I did however break both my arms and got decent medical leave for that, not sure why panic attacks weren't taken as seriously. If I could have continued working on my previous project, I would have a much higher rating
