      - Those looking for technical projects would find it hard to find interesting and innovative projects - Often using low-code or legacy systems/software for implementation, nothing flashy - Culture can be very intense and almost always on deadlines - Delay in promotion for TAP, barrier to promote currently is very very high, very slim chance (estimated to be at least 1.5 years)

      - Supply a secure environment. - Easy to find a new client if you are good. - They have a lot Spanish clients. - Freedom to propose changes. - Continuous training if you enjoy the courses.

      Cons

      - Bunch of clients with legacy code. - Too many iterations to get a salary increase. - A lot of bureaucracy to work properly in the computer: if you need to install, for example, Android Studio. You have to send a large ticket for an approbation and don't mind if the client need it.
