Pros
None. Job security at most because they are typically desperate for employees
Cons
No benefits, mediocre pay, heavily taxed yearly bonus ( one weeks worth of pay on a 21% tax bracket] and unless you get a decent site, expect to be treated like garbage by both site staff and your own supervisory staff. This company does not care about you. How it's supposedly one of the "top companies to work for" is because they buy out their competitors. They care so little that if a site does contract doesn't pay a lot, that site won't be prioritized in the slightest when it comes to new officers, better gear [if your site even gets any] or any form of supervisory attention beyond the site supervisor.
