What are perks and other benefits like at Americold Logistics?

Pay is alright, benefits are good and you can work as many hours as you want

Being short handed all the time , continuously getting behind, can't keep up with all the work , training, meetings

A lot of overtime if that's what you desire....pay is comparable....

low room for growth.... lack of seniority causes less benefits which would mean for mandatory overtimes, unfavorable scheduling, and unfavorable work

Not long ago, it was a great place to work because of the leadership showing care for employee morale and providing a good culture. Pay and benefits were competitive.

New leadership team is disconnected, cold and tends to micromanage.
