Pay was to low, No Benefits except free membership. No profit sharing or commision, Franchise owners where not good people. Would talk bad about people and there members behind their backs. Would share information that they should not share.

All clubs are independently owned so salaries vary, but the pay level for my role was strong. Depends on the franchisee.

No decent benefits such as sick pay, medical cover. Senior management do not care about you, very toxic. The level of intelligence in the senior team is non existent. HR do not keep anything confidential. The support office knows everything. You have zero autonomy. Retention is awful, constant churn of employees.

As my first Job, it help me develop my social skills and customer service skills and good communicating active listening when it comes to sales, time management. also it help me a lot to grow and manage a team
