There's an "Apple language" that you must use, which is basically a way to gaslight you. Telling you to "assume positive intent" because they don't want to hold anyone, specifically leaders, accountable. Management cherry picks who they want to put in higher positions but make it seem as if you have a chance, and don't assist in your development, instead they write it on paper and make it look like they did.
