The work culture is great and my hours have been great and you get good recognition and work is interesting.

Pay is quite low for cost of living but higher than other design consultants so more of con for industry than Arcadis.

Hybrid working can lead to people not being in office a lot so it’s hard to build connections. Work can be slow at times and there are no clear opportunities for career progression other than sitting the APC. Barely any bonus.
