Managers engage in cliques, improper training of managers & associates, "Good 'ol Boys" type behavior, high turnover, not a great place if you are a protected class or LGBTQ. You have to push their credit card. Customers are mean and rude. Pay is not competitive at all. Benefits are very poor compared to other retail stores.
