The company takes time to pour into their leadership teams to advance their skillset and improve their abilities to lead. Opportunity to grow and advance as long as you are willing to be innovative and move quickly.

Working with a direct sales model causes some challenges, but overall nothing major. Decent amount of travel for corporate team and sales meetings.

Fun environment, employees are valued, fun projects to work on and has a lot of opportunities to grow as a designer.
