What is the company culture at Bloomin' Brands?

Great company culture, I learned a lot and really enjoyed my time as an intern. I felt very welcome and supported by employees

-The culture used to be great, maybe it can be found in the future

-Since the Private Equity turnover and the new leadership, it has become kill or be killed. Results needed yesterday. -The culture has been removed and leadership does not care about employees anymore. -Stock price and Private equity is the ONLY focus. -Avoid until new leadership arrives and Private Equity has moved on.
