(2) Collaborative and Inclusive Culture: The people at BCG are smart and driven but also genuinely supportive. That is hard to come by. The emphasis on creating a safe environment allows for personal growth and team synergy. While the work is incredibly rewarding (have accomplish so many incredible things), the hours can be intense at times. Even with the firm’s commitment to flexible work arrangements, achieving a good work-life balance remains a challenge in high-pressure periods. In addition, BCG sets a high bar for performance, which can be both motivating and hard at times.

Work/life balance can be challenging. All that you give, the company will take and then ask for more. Important to set boundaries early. Diversity could be improved.

Highly bureaucratic organisation with little decision making power left to people outside of leadership. Quite slow to react or change processes.
