What are perks and other benefits like at Boston Scientific?

Good benefits, flexibility depending on the manager

Having to take on tasks from multiple departments

Great culture, good benefits, interesting work and amazing mission.

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement despite it being a large company. Recently announced three mandatory days in the office for hybrid working, which will without a doubt decrease morale. Given how well the company is performing, it doesn't make sense. I'm sure they considered that they will lose people (especially working parents) to other orgs offering more flexibility by doing this, but they must be okay with that.

The company is great with comfortable pay and good benefits.

There is some bias here and there, but overall greatly positive experience.

Boston Scientific has been incredibly flexible with remote work and varying hours over the past 4 years. This has enabled our two income household to care for our children AND still take time for ourselves. Benefits are great, tuition reimbursement up to $8,000 / year, and paid leave are just a few of the ways the company invests in its employees

You start at the bottom regardless of experience. Company is moving to mandatory 3 day in office for hybrid employees. After several years of record profits while working from home, this move does not entirely make sense. Employees that rely on previous flexibility will need to consider options.
