- day shifts finish nice and early - weekends off - quaterly bonuses - social events - fairly easy and repetative job once you get used to it -very affordable on site staff gym

- competative overtime - traffic trying to leave the premises after the day shift, they have a one way system which im not sure makes it 'helping.'
