Pros
- Great people and environment
- Support from Managers and Shift Leaders
- You’re seen as a person and human being, not just an employer
- They care about you and necessities
- You’re noticed
- Transparency with employees
- Great and clear communication
- If you’re a good employee you will be rewarded for your work and will be offered opportunities to escalate positions
- Flexible with schedule as necessities outside the workplace
- Understandable and fair with employees
- Fair salary
- Best environment at a workplace that I’ve ever been
- Respectful, supportive and profesional staff
- Work doesn't feel like work
- Managers are very professional and helpful, they are there for you at any time
- Very professional staff, both general staff and corporate staff
- Fair brake times, there isn’t a specific time that you have to take a break in a day, you can take short small breaks if you need to, and a break where you’re gonna take longer anything is okay as long as is less than 30 minutes and a manager is informed about it and approves it
Cons
- Schedules are inconsistent, while the start time is accurate, the end time that’s shown on the schedule is almost never what the actual end time will be, each staff member is cut accordingly to management's criteria on if we have enough staff for the work load like how busy the restaurant is, if it’s not necessary to have you then you will be cut, who they cut is based in positions servers, expos, hosts, managers and such, and for each position the first person to be cut would be whoever started first. This isn’t really a bad thing or cons, because you generally will get at least 5 hours, and if due to life necessities you need a more accurate/consistent schedule or hours you can talk to a manager and they will help, so even if it’s a cons you can do something about it by talking to one of your bosses
- Ive worked in many different food service companies, and in all of them the food for breaks would be provided for free, here is the first food services company that you have to pay for the food, not full price of course, staff members get a 50% on any item they choose. So it’s not so bad.
- Other than that there isn’t really anything else! This company is a great place be employed at :)
