Can be stressful to work in fast-pace production environment, lots of very mediocre middle managers, things move slowly sometimes due to corporate red tape, you feel like a number

Cargill is a private company but really doesn't operate any differently than a public company. The culture was wonderful and the company used to care about and offer unique benefits to its employees. Sadly, that has changed since the company shifted direction. It's all about the bottom line!

I got a lot of opportunies at Cargill to learn and grow even in short time. I had supportive team. The benefits were great and I never have to pickup my phone or work in my dayoff. I learned a lot from my team since everyone are very professional and they know what they are doing.

Although the company itself it global but it has been operating in Thailand for about 50 years so sometime the culture can be a little traditional.
